Darren is a full time Pastor in Creative Paradox (www.creativeparadox.org). He has a calling to pastor artists and empower them in their role as missionaries to our culture while telling stories through the power of video/film. He has received a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling and Discipleship from Capital Bible Seminary to aid him in this calling. He is also coming alongside the local church, helping them to do the same through helping them empower the artists in their congregations as well as providing video services to them through Creative Paradox.

    Recent studies have indicated a 60% dropout rate among new church members within five years after they join. What can be done to keep new members involved in church? The Ko-Lay-Oh Seminar offers an answer that churches are beginning to use among their membership. Ko-Lay-Oh is a Greek word that means to glue or weld together; to join or to cleave to.
