Ko-Lay-Oh: Retaining Membership Through Involvement
Part 1 of 2:
Recent studies have indicated a 60% dropout rate among new church members within five years after they join. What can be done to keep new members involved in church? The Ko-Lay-Oh Seminar offers an answer that churches are beginning to use among their membership. Ko-Lay-Oh is a Greek word that means to glue or weld together; to join or to cleave to. Joining a membership roll is not that same thing as becoming a part of the church ministry plan. Ko-Lay-Oh seeks to bridge that gap.
